First aid if EasyClean seems to have a bug or does not work as expected
Reset the selections
 | quit EasyClean, |
| rename the file "last.ecs" to "last_bak.ecs" |
| restart EasyClean |
This will force EasyClean to reload the default selections
Restore factory settings of EasyClean in the registry
(This step is only recommended for experienced users.)
| quit EasyClean |
| start regedit.exe |
| find the key "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Klaiber\EasyClean" |
| rename the key "EasyClean" to "EasyClean_bak" |
| restart EasyClean |
This will force EasyClean to use only the factory given default parameters.
If this does not help to your problem, do the procedure again and rename the
"EasyClean_bak" back to "EasyClean"
